1. Acceptance
By accessing mypokescan.com or joining our Discord you agree to these terms. If you do not agree do not use our service.
2. What PokeScan Is
PokeScan is a restock monitoring and notification service. We monitor retailer websites and notify members via Discord when Pokémon TCG products appear to be available. We also provide educational content about Pokémon TCG restock patterns, store guides, and collecting tips via our blog at mypokescan.com/blog
3. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee:
- That any restock alert will result in a successful purchase
- That stock will still be available when you receive an alert
- The accuracy of stock counts or availability information
- That our monitors will catch every restock event
Restock monitoring is inherently time sensitive and imperfect. We provide alerts as a best effort service only.
4. Subscriptions and Payment
All subscriptions are processed by Whop. By subscribing you agree to Whop's terms of service at whop.com/terms. PokeScan offers a 3 day free trial. After the trial period your payment method will be charged $7.99 per month until cancelled.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Whop account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our service we do not offer refunds after the free trial period. If you experience technical issues contact pokescan610@gmail.com and we will work to resolve them.
7. Discord Access
Access to our Discord server is provided as part of your membership. We reserve the right to remove any member from our Discord for violating our community rules at any time without refund.
8. Affiliate Program
Our affiliate program pays 30% recurring commission on referred paid members. Commission is paid through Whop's affiliate system. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on mypokescan.com including text, images, and code is owned by PokeScan. You may not reproduce or redistribute our content without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
PokeScan is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of missed restocks, failed purchases, or inaccurate alerts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
11. Changes
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
